Tecno TMA at Bologna on the 26th - 30th May will see the launch of Monarch's lastest machines, the Charlotte which has been developed in conjunction with Trustfin of the Czech Republic is a new and exciting departure from our standard range of machines. The machine has been specially designed to manufacture the latest seamless bodywear including underwear, swimwear, outerwear, sportswear and medicalwear.

The partnership between Trustfin and Monarch has been claimed a huge success and this is evident from the quality of the machine it has produced.

Single Jersey raceway machine with 4 track RDS cam system, offering total flexibility for quick change structure and quality change using automatic tape speed control (ATSS), automatic central stitch control (ACSS), VX frame, ACT fabric take up system.

FABRIC POTENTIAL

Plain jersey, inlay, two thread fleece, crepe, lacoste, pique and plated fabrics.

34" DIAMETER 18 GUAGE 48 FEEDS

Double jersey machine for garment lengths with ribs, welts and drawthread facility. Electronic need selection on both cylinder (3 position all feeds) and dial (2 position all feeds), 4 colour auto striper, transfer both cylinder-dial and dial-cylinder, automatic cylinder quality by stepper motors, V frame, ACT fabric take up.

FABRIC POTENTIAL

Rib interlock, single jersey plain or jacquards, tranfer jacquards, striped jacquards, all with rib and seperation possibilities.
