30 years of technology, leads to our latest range of high tech machines.Monarch Knitting Machinery UK Ltd was founded in Leicester, England in 1969
to provide a sales and service for precision Fukuhara works Kobe, Japan. From the original 1969 XL Frame through the RX and FX Frames to the latest 1999 VX Frame, technological advances enable increased speeds, safety and
machine efficiencies. Monoblock camming introduced in 1976, revolutionised multi feed machines, due to the totally enclosed cam track ensuring exact control of the needles and total cam interchangeability. 1989 saw the introduction of inclined sinker
motion 'Z' technology which again added to the potential of all basic M/C models due to the shared knitting action allowing slower can angles, increased speeds and exact loop formation. The RDS (Rotary Drop Cam) system which was seen for the first time at ITMA 1995 in Milan, completely changed the flexibility and speed of change on the full range of
double jersey machines. |
