This selection system which is applied to both single and double jersey machines has proved to be both very reliable and simple to use.

The pattern cards are pre-prepared to the pattern graph using the card puncher, and then used to make the selection by loading the card using the card holder.

Advantages of the System:

1. As the cards are not left on the machine, once prepared one set of cards can be used to set up a bank of machines.

2. Repeat structures require the minimum of cards – interlock only requires 2 cards.

3. Sets of pattern cards can be stored and re-used.

4. The system is quick and easy to use.

5. Positive selection eliminates the all possibilities of mis-selection.
